House Rules
*Pets - We allow pets at our property, but please ensure they stay off furniture and guest must pick up after them. $30 per pet fee for the extra cleaning associated with our furry friends will be billed at booking.
*Late or Early Check-in/out - Check-in is after 3:00pm on the day of check-in. Check-out is prior to 11:00am on the day of check-out. If available, upon guests request, we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a $40 fee.
*Supervise children in and around pool at all times. (Keep in mind pool is not heated)
*No food or drinks around the pool area.
*The fire pit is for guests enjoyment. Guests will have to acquire their own fire wood. We can order fire wood ahead of time for a small fee.
*NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED! You will be charged extra for not following this rule.
*Please respect the neighbors and keep noise minimal and adhere to quiet hours.
